  • I was a little disappointed at my experience here. I stopped on my lunch hour for a simple gel manicure. I didn't have to wait long, so it was looking promising. The lady who did my nails was nice, however, she cut my cuticle pretty bad and it took about 5 minutes to get it to stop bleeding, she kept apologizing, which I understand must have been embarrassing for her. That wasn't even the most disappointing part of my visit. I pick out a really pretty rose gold glitter for my ring finger and found a polish that matched it very well and they didn't have the glitter. She tried to mix a pink with a copper glitter, but it just wasn't the same. Then the polish I chose, I guess she felt wasn't opaque enough so she gave me a choice of 3 other similar colors all of which were copper. I settled on the colors, I wish when she couldn't find the glitter, I had just totally gone with a different color. Instead of rose gold, I left with copper nails which is fine in the fall, but this is April. I will probably go back, the place is very clean and the people seemed pretty nice which I feel is worth a second chance. I will update with my second experience if and when that is.
