I've been wanting to try Fenty for months and finally, just finally I had the time to stop in on Saturday. I was hoping for a color match type of service like MAC provides but nope, the few employees they had were busy and I was never acknowledged or offered help so I went to the display to fend for myself. About half of the colors didn't have testers and the testers they did have didn't have hardly any product to purchase. I get it's popular but sheesh, whoever is in charge of both staffing and ordering needs a solid sit down. This is entirely unacceptable so I reluctantly went to MAC and gave them my $90 after having someone do a color match. I waited a while there too, but I was acknowledged by 4 different employees to make sure I was getting helped. I'd never return to this Sephora.
