  • I had read the bad reviews on other sites and thought maybe people were overreacting after seeing Elaine on television coming across as very competent and knowledgeable. Nope. I was sent men that were either the complete opposite of what I asked for, or they never even called initially to set up a meeting (this happened several times), were no longer single, or my favorite... the one who set up a date and then I got a call from his fiancee who he had been dating, for NINE YEARS! Very thorough background checks indeed. No refund and then radio silence. 9 months and not one single date. Absolutely a disaster of a company. I have no idea how they stay in business. I would take my name off the register but they never return my calls or emails.
