  • If I could give this place ZERO stars for this review, I would. All they care about is getting you to pay copay after copay after copay. Recently went through the horror of a miscarriage, and at one visit had the nurse not even bother to look through my file before asking, "How many weeks pregnant are you?" Continued having problems, had to have a DNC, my follow up appointment was scheduled THREE WEEKS out from what they classified as a "surgery", and when I showed up FIFTEEN minutes late they told me I would have to reschedule for TEN DAYS later because the doctor was leaving to go on VACATION. Well, enjoy your vacation Dr. Agusto, I will just keep having issues after issues and having your staff LIE to me about calling to confirm appointments. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Can never reach anyone worth reaching (the receptionists are worthless, completely worthless), can't get a return phone call from the doctor, can't get on with my life because they JUST. DON'T. CARE. I went to school for medical reception. These kind of people are the reason I didn't decide to stay in the field.
