  • Had an appointment for 2/6/2018 from 12 to 2pm. They called me on 1/31/2018 to switch my appointment to 2/5/2018 from 12 to 2pm with Gary. I agreed and took the day off work so I can get my roof looked at. Then came today 2/5/2018 and it was 12:40pm when I decided to call and see how close Gary was. The scheduling person at the office asked if anybody had called me and I said no. She then told me Gary called off work so they couldn't look at my roof. It's very unprofessional that they couldn't call me and inform me that they wouldn't be able to look at my roof. It's not the customers fault if your employee calls in. I then asked to have my original time slot for 2/6/2018 And they wouldn't give it to me even after I took the day off work to honor their request.. Screw these people no wonder they have bad reviews from everyone.. Don't use these people.. Professional roofing services? More like amateur roofing services lol
