  • Normally I love coming here but the stylist (an older woman) I got today was so rough and seemed to be in a hurry with finishing. There was only one person waiting in the lobby. Right before the session started, I let her know that my skin can be very sensitive and sorry in advance if I flinch. It seemed like she just threw away that out the window. I have had her before and usually she does a good job and says out loud if I need to lower my chin or whatever to make it easier for her to thread but she didn't do that. Then she lowered my headrest without saying anything. It was such an uncomfortable experience today and I still had a few hairs left but I just wanted to leave and get out of there.
