Seems rare to find a Timothy's these days. We weren't even sure it was open because the sign wasn't lit up.
Timothy's is pretty much what you'd expect from a regular coffee shop. I had a white hot chocolate, which I really enjoyed and the others had a green tea matcha latte and a fruit smoothie - all enjoyed.
I am also really surprised (and pleased) to note that they have a couple gluten free treats! They are individually wrapped and packaged differently than the other stuff so I'm certain they're produced off site. The gfree brownie is SO good! It has a ganache type layer around it that just kills me. It would be unreal if it was refrigerated ( but I just love cold chocolate so that could be why)
They also have a couple types of cookies that are gfree. All items are placed right by the cashier. They're about the same price as what you'd expect for coffee shop brownies. A Nanaimo bar and brownie (not gfree) were also had (not by me obvs) and all said the bars tasted great and were very fresh.
Timothy's is a little pricey but again, not far off from the prices at Starbucks or second cup. The inside was very clean and quite cozy. They had squishy chairs as well as normal chairs and it wasn't too crowded.
I'll be back for another one of those brownies
