  • Bagels are fine and staff is nice enough. However, the store itself is disgusting. No matter the time of day everything is grimy...the floors, the coffee area, the soda machine. No way they clean daily, there is years of accumulated dirt on the floor's perimeter, the walls, etc. The structure itself, the bathroom, etc. is seriously run down looking. They are located in prime real estate in Dilworth, they can afford a deep cleaning and then a daily maintenance scrub. It's walking distance to the house but I rarely go because the lack of cleanliness is a turn off. If it's that bad in the front of house I can only imagine what lack of standards there are in the back of house. Clearly management does not take pride in their work. Disappointing.
