  • Scam artists! My husband and I found a house we wanted to rent a few months back and we asked if they would make a few small repairs before we moved in. We were told that we had to apply and each pay the application fee before they could tell us if they'd make the repairs. We tried to insist that we know beforehand because why waste our time and money? And we we told by a different real estate agent that we could do that. The agent we used clearly didn't know what he was doing and allowed us to play into the game. We were immediately qualified for the house because we make good money and have perfect credit, but then we were told by Kaylin at Robertson Property Management, that they were not going to do the repairs, which they knew all along they weren't going to do. Bunch of filthy sleaze balls. I'd be very cautious if you rent from this company.
