  • We had a fairly new GE dishwasher stop working. The search for a repairman on yelp led me to William of Zenon repair. We called and made the appointment for the next day. William was very nice and courteuos and advise he would call when he was 30 minutes out. He was a man of his word and arrived as scheduled. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He explained the steps he would take thoroughly. Of course any repair job can cascade into a price that would otherwise buy a new appliance but William started with the cheapest option first. He simply reset the machine and allowed it to run. That was the winner. One modest service fee, that is well below the norm, was paid and the job was done. It was an overall positive experience. William knew his appliances and offered solid and juried advise that I will use in the future. I will definately use these guys again. Honesty and fair pricing go a long way with me.
