This was only my second time having Ethiopian food. The first was in Baltimore so I feel like my knowledge is limited.
Our server was also the cook so we had to catch her whenever she was around. We went without water and napkins for a while waiting for her to come out from the kitchen.
I ordered the sampler with 3 meats (chicken, lamb and beef) and collard greens and cabbage and carrots. I enjoyed everything except the chicken. It was cold and would of preferred cut up pieces of chicken instead of a drum stick.
Would go back again to try other things off the menu.
