Service was okay, but pretty slow for how dead they were. Filet mignon tacos were tender but cooking filet mignon to anything over med rare is an insult to the meat. Took forever to get drink orders despite an empty restaurant. Food that came out was overpriced and bland. Diarrhea-like refried black beans that were dried to the plate from being under a heat lamp too long. All the veggies in rice pilaf completely dehydrated. Either old, or totally overcooked. Seasoning on meat non existent. Figure things are gonna be overpriced on the strip, but you expect some semblance of quality yeah? Spend half the price and hit a roberto's down the street. Food is way better at pretty much any taco stand you find nearby.
