  • I would not advise renting from this company. We moved out mid-month in September of 2014 after making an arrangement with them as to what a prorated amount for the balance of the month would be. When we received our security deposit back, (in the mail to our new address) the amount taken out was higher than agreed to. We let it go because we did not want to have to deal with them anymore. Then, in February of this year we received a collection notice from this company. Apparently it is for an unpaid water bill. We never received any notice from them other than the collection notice. We were told the notices came back as undeliverable, which doesn't make any sense because we received our security deposit. Not a positive experience.
