  • Today is my birthday and I just left Lush in the Luxor Hotel with smiles on my face. I had the most wonderful customer service from a girl named Bun who was very knowledgable about the products. I have ethnic skin with hyperpigmentation and work as an Esthetician in SF so I'm pretty updated on what's good for my skin. She was impeccable on how she educated me on what food for my skin types and demonstrated for me how to use the products. She even made me samples to try so I can do a face mask before my night out for my birthday. I honestly say that this had to be the best skincare experience by far in any store I have entered in my life. Thank you Bun for making my birthday magical!!!
