I checked in online today. Then I took my 9 year old daughter and headed to our regular Great Clips on Camelback and 94th Ave. As soon as I got there I presented a coupon 7.99 that I received in the mail with my name and
address on it . I informed her it did expire yesterday. She turned and asked another lady if we could use it. She thought about it and responded No. It's not like we haven't been there several times in the last 5 years. I responded with Ok then thank you. And left. What ever happened to customer service? customer loyalty?. This location lost myself and the other 5 members of my household.
