  • Horrible customer service. My scripts always seem to get "lost" and they can't deliver in time for my next dose. Somehow my "copay is more expensive than our charge" for my medication. Which makes no sense because my copay is supposed to be a percentage of the medications cost. I will be switching to another compounding pharmacy. One that doesn't "lose" important information or make me wait forever to pick up a script.
