  • DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE!! Seriously l wish l could leave negative stars for this place. I rarely complain but when l wake up with a roach staring at me and the management give zero fucks about it thats a sign. A sign that their quality control is shit as well as their customer service. They didn't even say sorry she just gave me a mean mug look as if l was lying. Damn their customer service training motto is give no fucks. On top of that though they wouldn't even give me my deposit back! Also l paid for a week and only stayed 1 night and they are saying l cant get any money back. Im more than positive l left the room cleaner than l arrived. Yo I wasn't even tripping after getting no sleep from the paper thin walls...allowing every noise from stomping all night upstairs neighbors and next door neighbors coughing up a lung every 20mins. Yet the roach did me in and management could care less about helping me. If you wanna get scammed go to siegel suites tropicana. If you want to get a nice nights sleep in a clean place get a air bnb. More protection on buyers end. Say if you find a roach in room you can get your money back...Thats my lesson l had to learn the hard way. Hope you don't make the same mistake l did.
