  • The office staff (Wendy)means well but lacks in efficiency when need be due to the leadership around her. An Understaffed maintainance crew puts obvious importance on non important issues. Communication skills need be worked on when residence have questions and no one finds answers. On a personal note I needed ADA certified areas fixed and the funding solution was thought more important to put in a work-out room and raise the rent.
