Very upset with this location. Primarily it was convenient and we got necessary vaccinations there. After using this clinic for four years through good and bad the vet we liked was unfortunately gone on vacation and when we called for help, they told us to go to an emergency vet clinic. ( not the vet's fault. She is more than entitled to time off)
We knew our dog has a lung tumor that Dr Lemus had diagnosed a month earlier. Sadly our dog had a turn for the worse overnight. For two days she wouldn't eat and then started with very labored breathing. I called for an emergency appointment and even told them euthanasia if necessary. I seriously knew it was critical... Nope, can't do it, you need an appointment. Can't fit you in...Ridiculous customer service. I asked if I could increase the prescribed med's to help her breathe , I could hear someone say...no just have him go to an emergency care facility.
The only reason I gave two stars is that Dr Lemus has been great to us. I think she is a good vet. Too bad she doesn't associate herself with a different clinic. She is far too good to stay here.
I was able to get into another vet clinic where they fit me into their schedule to help. Sadly, the vet there agreed she was too critical and she was humanely euthanized.
Banfield doesn't care...
