  • The Industry Product Reviews for 3M Automotive Window Films are incredible; Options, Clarity, Heat Rejection, Longevity,... But, just because a business claims to be an "Authorized Dealer / Installer" doesn't necessarily mean, -they actually know what they're doing. I learned this, the hard way from "A Better Tint". The Film on the Windshield shows "ghosting" or stretch marks from left to right. Specs of dirt, lint and dust can clearly be seen under the film. "3M" logos printed on the film were not removed prior to returning the vehicle to me (a little annoying, whenever you check a blind spot) and, there was an excessive use of slip solution because, the vehicle felt like a steam sauna for several days of evaporation afterwards. But, I'm sure it could've been worse. Other installations over the years from other cut-rate installers in the Valley have had wavy cuts, creases in the film, fingers and lots of bubbles.
