  • Well, another disappointing experience. I had been here once before and service was horrible! I thought I would give them another chance and request a quote for a party I am having; four days later and no response. Dickey's you have finally proven you are trying to live on the name alone, not on the customer experience. Went down the street to Joe's BBQ, which IMO is better anyway, just wasn't as convenient. I will be inconvenienced in order to get GREAT customer service and better BBQ.
