  • There was MOULD growing in the TOILET! And a few other hints that housekeeping oversight was a bit lax. On earlier trips I didn't find such problems. Yuk. That said, the location is great if you are visiting the University and museums. They even sell a reduced-price ticket to the ROM -- which means you don't have to wait in line when you get there. The restaurant owned by the hotel is blah, but an independent coffee shop at the front of the building has nice breakfast and lunch options.
