I used to do Muay Thai, and after 2 ACL and meniscus repair surgeries over the past 3 years, I really wanted to pick up those gloves. Found this studio through class pass and so far it's been a good experience. The instructors are friendly and attentive during class. I also like the small class sizes, compared to many gyms that pack upwards of 70 people per class. I'm not looking to fight competitively, just a boxing based cardio work out to shred those extra pounds gained after surgery and Studio KO does the trick.
