  • Their customer service SUCKS! Below is a copied email which I wrote to their customer service after a recent visit to their property. Several days later, all I received was a boilerplate response basically saying sorry your experience sucked, I hope you'll come back and give us another chance. Why should I? They've given me no reason to. "As a Las Vegas local, I often have visitors from out of town who I take to the Strip for various events or sight seeing. On 7/11 my sister was in town and we were going to see Mariah Carey at the Colosseum. We arrived early so that we could do some shopping in the Forum Shops. I valeted my car at the valet closest to The Otherroom. There were no hours posted at the valet there and no signage as to pricing. It was hot though and I really didn't care how much it would cost as I was simply wanting to get out of the car and have some fun. The temperature inside the forum shops as well as in the casino was WAY too hot for summer in Vegas. We did not enjoy shopping or going through the casino because we were sweating bullets by the time we made it to the Colosseum. Once inside for the show we bought some (extremely overpriced) water and sat down to wait for the show to start. At 35 minutes past the time the show was supposed to start we both needed to use the restroom after having been sipping on that overpriced water for so long. We made our way up the stairs and once at the top we were told that the show was about to start and if we left we wouldn't be let back in until there was a break in the performance. So we decided to hold it. Once the show was over, there were too many hoards of people leaving for us to use the restroom in the Colosseum so we decided that we'd just stop at a restroom on our way back to valet. The first restroom we passed in the Forum Shops had a line extending into the hallway. At that point I decided I'd just wait till I got home and we proceeded to go pick up the car. We arrived at the valet at 11:03pm only to find a sign that said "VALET CLOSED. Please pick up vehicles at The Forum Shops lower valet." That's it. No directions to get there, no map, no employees to ask, NOTHING. If the Forum Shops close at 11, then it stands to reason that the valet specifically for the Forum Shops should be open AT LEAST 30 minutes past that time. At BARE MINIMUM there should be clear signage stating that the valet will be closed and your car will be moved by the time the shops are closed. At this point we had no idea where we were going, we'd already been walking for what felt like miles, we both had to use the restroom which seemed few and far between and impossible to find, and there wasn't an employee or map in sight to help us figure out where our car had been taken to. Finally, we found a security guard to ask. He was the first and only helpful employee that we encountered. The place our car had been sent to was so far from where it was originally, that he couldn't even give us verbal directions to get there, he felt that he needed to walk us part of the way. During our LONG walk, we encountered at least 2 escalators that were non operational that we had to walk up -it might have been 3, but at this point I was practically delirious from the heat, the excessive amount of walking, and still needing to use the restroom so I can't be sure. Once we were finally in the right direction and almost to the valet I spot another restroom located near the L.K. Bennett store. I head down the hallway and just as I'm about to turn into the bathroom a housekeeper pushes her cart in front of me and blocks the door and states "Closed for cleaning" to which I replied "do you know how long it will be or where there is another bathroom nearby?" and I kid you not, she looked me right in the face, didn't say a word and proceeded to walk away. I was literally in shock at the rudeness. I never did find another restroom to use. By the time we finally got our car back and left, I was very irritated. I will think twice before I ever bring guests back to Caesars. Valet parking needs signage- hours and prices that is clear and easy to see. In addition, Forum Shops valet should not be closing at the same time or BEFORE the Forum Shops close. They should be open at least 30 minutes later than the shops, otherwise each guest should be informed upon arrival that their car will be moved extremely far away at a certain time. Bathrooms need to be easier to find- again, you need better signage. When it's 115 degrees outside the shops and casino need to be kept cooler. Broken escalators and such should be fixed promptly- not left non-operational with no one working on it and no signs. There needs to be better access to maps so that people can find their way since there are virtually no employees to ask for help. And lastly, people like that housekeeper need to learn better customer service skills. I have seriously never been so blatantly treated like a ghost in my entire life."
