rev:text	I set the appt for them to come out and spray inside and outside our house - we have black widows, and recently saw one inside the house. The rep on the phone was very friendly, and helpful with explanations. The exterminator came on time, I was given a 2 hour window and he came within that window. Kyle came to the house - he was very professional the entire time - personable and he explained everything. Asked me about whether I was ok with spraying in all of the rooms because of my baby - he assured me it was fine, but wanted to make sure before he did it. He worked efficiently and moved furniture where needed, and removed and replaced electrical outlets to spray inside the walls. Great experience - I guess we'll see if it works, but he assured me, and it's all over their paperwork and website, that if we see any more black widows or have any issues, to call them and they'll come back immediately for free. I have them booked for 5 more visits in the next year.
