First person that helped me was so impersonal it was almost scary!
I left my antibiotics back home and in Oregon, called to get the refill and the lady at the counter said I'd have to pay full price as was too early to get. I asked why they didn't tell me that over the phone when I explained my dilemma.
I then asked about a couple other items hoping someone could assist me in looking as I didn't know exactly, and she said "you see that back wall, that's where it is." "You see those vitamins over there," like I was stupid! I know where the hell it's at, but couldn't find what I needed!
I went back a second time and someone else came out and helped me. One extra star for that but seriously worst pharmacy I've been to.
Perhaps it's much busier than my Portland Walgreens, but even when it gets busy in Portland, at least they still try to guide you somewhat better and not be a total brat about it.
There were at least 7 people at that time so not sure why one couldn't assist at first.
Could seriously use some customer service training.
