  • Was really looking forward to trying out this new cupcake bakery. Unfortunately..the experience wasn't pleasurable at all. We walked in wanting something sweet and walked right into a teen birthday party. Had to maneuver our way through the crowd to get to the counter to place our order. The cupcakes looked tasty so we order a Lemon Sundrop Poundcake Cupcake ($3), a Chocolate Mint Cupcake ($3) and a Cookies & Cream Rice Crispy Treat ($2). We got out as fast as we could due to the loud birthday party. Got home and pulled out our treats. This is where more disappointment continued. I will admit the Lemon Sundrop cupcake was tasty, however the Chocolate Mint cupcake was extremely dry and the Cookies & Creme Rice Crispy treat was even drier. I have never had a dry, crunchy rice crispy treat that crumbled in my hands. It was terrible. Needless to say, we will not be return customers. $3 for dry cupcakes and $2 for even drier marshmallow treats just want cut it for us. Save your money and go over to Dough in Afton Village. Fresh desserts and breads that aren't dry.
