  • This is a total rip off even if you have a local's discount. Worst customer service. The front desk people have these snobbish looks and will size you up based on your appearance, prioritizing those who looks more up class...specifically, SBARROSO...according to my receipt. Asking me for the last 4 digits of the credit card that I used to book my appointment, when I just showed her my NV license to confirm that it's me...DUH?! Who memorizes the last 4 digits of your credit card? This person shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Most probably a high school graduate who can't even pass an entrance exam in a community college, who thought she's smarter than everyone else, that's why she ended up doing a clerical, no brainer job...no offense intended to other clerks....The amenities are good and clean that's why I gave a star, but who has the time to spend your whole day trying out all of it? The massage that I received was just average and you can get it somewhere else cheaper like massage envy...
