I am surprised by how disappointing this location is. We came here tonight because we were close by and thought it was a great location and it has to be good as in town square. We were wrong!
We usually go to the Coffee Bean in Summerlin right off of Charleston and it's always delicious, so this was not a good experience. The first thing that I was surprised by is that they do not accept the app for payment. How in the world are you a Coffee Bean and you do not accept your own app that is the franchise app, just like the Starbucks app? The lady that took our order was very nice and gave us 20% off because we tried to use the app and they could not use it or help us with it.
What gave it such a low star rating, though, was that I ordered an iced blended hazelnut drink with almond milk... The gentleman who made it did a terrible job and it tasted like dishwater on ice with barely any hazelnut in it... I did say something because of how terrible it was and I was told that he was new so they would remake it again. OK... I get that he was new... Yet who was there to make sure that he did it right??? Why did my drink have to be so bad just because he was new?
I will not be returning to this franchise location again and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Very disappointing.
The positive is nice people working there so this is why it gets 2 stars and not one.
