  • Wow! What a great Yelp event! This has been my favorite elite thus far! Everything from the food, to the drinks, to the service, to the weather was just perfect! As soon as I walked in, I was instantly greeted by Rachel. I was told there was an open bar, but to try the signature watermelon mojito first. Okay, please tell me what could be better than an open bar?! I do love mojitos, so I could not wait to try the signature drink. Honestly, it was a little too sweet for me. It was still good, but I couldn't drink a ton of them. The bartenders were fantastic! The bar was nicely staffed, I don't think anyone was particularly overwhelmed. Everyone was so friendly and efficient, and the beer was ice cold too! The Porch has a great atmosphere inside and out. Lots of outside seating, and I noticed that there was another private event going on inside as well. The decor is very trendy and everything is very clean! The food was SO good!! I love the fact that the vegetables were picked from their garden that morning! The BLT crostini and the cheese platter were my favorites, but the prime rib sliders were fantastic as well! The executive chef told us all about his garden, and how he incorporates it all into his dishes. This guy was truly passionate about this restaurant, and it really shows! He was so nice to us, and answered any questions anyone had. I also met the marketing director, and she was incredibly nice to me as well! I was under the impression that the chefs and staff were very happy that we were there. Rachel really hit it out of the park this time with this event! I think everyone had a blast today! I can't wait to head back to the Porch and try the rest of the menu!
