  • It had been 13 years since my last dental visit. I didn't have any pain or issues, but just thought it was time to have the experts tell me that everything was up to shape. I had driven past their office on Fort Apache and Russell road dozens of times in the past few years. I decided to stop procrastinating so I stopped in to schedule an appointment. The staff was so friendly, they scheduled me an appointment that worked great for my hectic schedule. I went in yesterday for my first appointment. I was so impressed how they had their office running. I didn't need to sit and wait. I was right on time and so were they. So efficient that they got me in and out in a timely manor. Even scheduled my next appointment told me what my insurance would take care of and what my costs would be on my next visit. I mentioned that my brother needed to see them because he was having problems with his teeth. I asked them if it was a problem that he didn't have any dental insurance. They asked if he was in pain and made arrangements to see him the very next day. My brother just called me to tell me that he was surprised on how affordable the rates were and he wished he had taken care of the tooth sooner. I don't write a lot of these reviews but I just wanted to thank Dr. Staten and her staff for the pleasant experience. I will be telling all my friends and family to go see them.
