  • TRASHED ALL MY FAVORITE CLOTHES. Brooks Brothers fine italian wool dresses that I had had for years. They ruined the fabric, washed it out, shrank it and generally destroyed everything. Hems shrank unevenly. Linings hanging out. Thousands of dollars of my clothes ruined. Can never be replaced. I was completely devastated. They have no clue about how to clean delicate/ expensive fabrics. The craziest thing is...I had spoken to the owner and he promised up and down that his service was amazing, the best. This review pertains to several years ago. I let this happen because I had them dry clean some velvet drapes before that which went without incident. But I just wasn't lucky here twice. The only business I ever trusted in Montreal to dry clean my valuables was Nettoyeur Ecologique Royale. I used them for dresses, bed spreads, many nice fabrics. Never an issue. Stay away from this unethical dump. He should have just told me to go elsewhere. Of the number of horrible things I regret from my time in Montreal, QC this is up at the top of the list.
