  • This is the worst Einstein in southern Nevada. Slow, uncaring staff doesn't begin to describe them. Yesterday I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The shop was not very crowded. I put in a $1 in the tip jar. Waited 15 minutes, then asked where was my order. The half lifeless cashier asked someone, then returned to inform me it was lost but they would start my order "in a couple more minutes" No thanks. I got a refund and left, never to go back. The manager came over and when there was a break in the line, went onto the only cash register that was available and gave me my money back, barely mumbling an apology for the inconvenience.
