I went purchase a dishwasher and was told thatvitvwould be a,couple of weeks for a special order, but may get lucky and get it on a week. After we passed the two week mark we called to get a status. Marcus couldn't really tell us anything but tried to sell us one they had in stock and not the one we wanted. A couple of days later I e-mailed Marcus to get A status. I received one the following day. It was going to be an additional 2-3 weeks. So I went up to get my refund and the excuses started rolling in. It wasn't his fault it was the new rep's fault. The old samsung rep left and went to LG. I just eceptvhis answer and got my refund and left. I went over to best buy to have them match Spencers price. All said and done I walked out saving $120 and free installation. The install was free because they couldn't match Spencer's 5 year warranty so they worked it out. This was on Tuesday and my dishwasher arrived today. Same exact dishwasher that was taking Spencer's 6 weeks to get I got at BB in 4 days and saved money. The moral of this story is get a price from Spencer's and go some place that will match it.
