  • I have tried for 3 months to get the sales team to respond to me. They spend all their time doing a nice CAD drawing for me then go silent. Email, text messages, voice mail.....nothing. These guys have terrible customer service. Stay away!!!! Their business must be really good. It to care when I have a complete backyard remodel to do which they could make 30k.
