  • I have heard really good thing about Dillon's and I have been to one of their other locations. I guess on this visit they were short staffed in the kitchen. Our server was very polite and attentive. I will have to give them another try on another visit to Phoenix to see if my opinion changes. I order a medium hamburger and it was more like well done. It was nothing exciting but the Mac and cheese was really good!
