  • I walked into the Heronview store today to find it teeming with customers. I was worried that no-one would have time to explain the options to me but Kara (or Cara) took me under her wing for a show and tell session. She was amazing. So patient, so knowledgeable and truly an excellent teacher. If you are considering switching your dog to a raw meat diet, this is the place to get all your questions answered. I left with a week's worth of food and a promise to return in a week for lesson two. My dog was so excited when I started getting his dinner ready and he devoured it tonight. I feel good about the decision to try this and even better about trying it with Heronview.
