rev:text	OMG! The BEST customer service I've ever gotten in a long time with any business establishment. My co-worker backed up into my car at work and when I was looking for a place to get my vehicle repaired, Google found that they were the closest one and just down the street from my job on University Drive. From start to end the process was painless and went quickly and satisfactorily. From making the initial call to Carolina and setting up the appointment for an estimate (she is pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person) to getting an estimate with Moe Amani (very courteous and professional as well) and throughout the repair process, everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated the text updates and also rec'd a call from Moe as well to update me on the progress and the estimated completion date, which was done earlier in the day than expected. I was never in the dark and didn't feel like I had to chase down information like I've done with other body shops in the past. Even though I work just across the street from Gerber, Moe offered to personally deliver my vehicle which incidentally was washed and detailed so nicely that it looked better than it ever has in years. This Gerber location had one of the best reviews so it was a no brainer for me to bring it to them and they most certainly lived up to their excellent reviews. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair. Thanks again Moe and Carolina and thanks Gerber!
