  • Nice people but be careful of the shady memberships. I went to cancel and was convinced to place my account on hold instead. No other info was given but I was still charged for four months of membership that I never used. My fault for not checking and trusting someone to do their job. I attempted to cancel membership about two days into a new month and was told there's an additional 30 days before its canceled. So nearly two full months of additional fees before my account can be canceled. Also, their printer wasn't working so there's probably no record of me cancelling. Asked for an email confirmation and never got it. We'll see what happens in two months.
