rev:text	I wish I would have read reviews before doing business with them. My boyfriend bought me my engagement ring here close to the holidays. He was told to bring it back the following Monday to be sized, we took it and it was sent off. A week and a half later we got a call from an associate saying the ring was ready. When we get there it was about a 30 minute wait and 2 different lines going on, the associates were moving back and forth between lines which was unfair to those who had been waiting already. There was actually a woman there complaining about that too. When I tried it on it went halfway down my finger. The lady checked it to see what went wrong and she said "There are no notes here saying there was an issue, it was sized to a 7." When we purchased it, it was a size 7 so they did not even touch it! She then said she could send it back to be sized which would take another week. Then she said "Oh we can't resize that ring, you need to order it online in your size already." Which she then realized that ring was just one size. It could not be sized at all or bought any other size besides a 7. I was very upset and asked for a refund, she convinced us to look at others rings which I agreed to do as long as it was in our price range. She then showed us the pricey rings, we ended up paying more than we wanted either way. We get to the counter and after we pay she says it says it will be about 2 weeks but they are coming in fast so it should be here sooner then that. Here we are 2 weeks later and I still do not have my ring. Been engaged for a month already and have not had my ring.
