  • Great if you need to see a highly qualified nurse, not so great if you'd like to see a doctor for something like pregnancy. They don't have many doctors and you won't see the same one every time. They share the ultrasound techs and doctors across different locations, and they also don't seem to have backups. I came here in June of 2015 to get my IUD removed, and the nurse I saw was really great. Then in November of 2015, I went back to them because I was expecting. I called to arrange an ultrasound because I was spotting and feared a miscarriage. I explained to them the reason and they seemed willing to help. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in the next night, which was a weekday evening. I arrive, wait awhile, get called in, and then undress as directed before finding out that the ultrasound tech wasn't there because she didn't work in the evening. They apologized for the mistake and scheduled me for the next morning, first thing. I show up before they open before being let in about 5 minutes after my appointment. I then wait 45 minutes (watching others arrive after and go in first) before they tell me that the ultrasound tech has called in sick, so they have to reschedule for later that day at another location. I call into work as I had planned to go to work after my morning appointment. At this point I am pretty nervous and call around to other places, but nowhere else seems to be open. Then, one hour before the appointment, I get a call from the other location asking me to reschedule my appointment because (surprise surprise) their ultrasound tech won't be there. I just handed the phone to my husband so I didn't yell at them. I didn't want to yell, but I was so upset. I did end up getting the ultrasound back at the original location the next morning FINALLY, and the ultrasound tech is great. The baby was fine and the spotting was just temporary. She's 6 months now! But yeah...that was super stressful, a big waste of time, and I won't go back.
