  • I tried this Mister Wash right after it switched from Octopus. I held back reviewing it because I figured the new owners were figuring things out. Went yesterday for a second time (now that they've been open for a few months) and it was even worse. Cost of a regular was has gone up a lot. Way too much for what you get. Waited close to 10 minutes just to pul up to the spot where you get out and they vacuum your car. That spot is now outside too - why? So they can have an express lane who don't want the inside of the car vacuumed. Guess my 10 minute wait was to help out that one express car that came by. Inside I noticed the was now has huge brushes or clothes. I could have sworn this used to be a brush free wash! Took about another 15-20 minutes for my car to come thru. Then as I was driving away I noticed a huge streak on my windshield right where I look out. This place is awful - pay a lot more money and get a terrible wash. HUGE downgrade from Octopus. They keep this up they won't be open for long.....
