Holy crap this place is awesome! It's like bowling in someone's basement. In the early 1980s. They have glow in the dark embellishments for night-time rock and bowl. And a disco ball! On the day of my visit there was even a big ol' sign in the shape of a bowling pin with the words "Happy Birthday Marg" written on it. Does it get better?
I was here for a fundraising event so I don't know much about the price of renting lanes or anything like that. They seem to do a lot of group rentals for fundraisers and things like that, so their rates for that stuff are probably pretty good. The beer is pricey for what it is (standard domestics plus heine and corona), but that's what I would expect.
There are 4 small bowling lanes. Five pin. And old school. So old school that scoring is done with a pen and paper - it's not even on one of those super old "computers" that many alleys have. Never fear, google works in this basement so, if you're like me and have absolutely no idea, you can learn the scoring rules on the fly.
