  • Something strange is going on with this company. We have used them in the past and always found them to be reliable. In late December, Tyler the general manager came out to our house to give us an estimate on a security door. He came out on time, we talked, he took photos and said he'd have an estimate for us later that day. That day passed. The following week my wife called. Whoever answered was apologetic and assured her that the estimate would be provided later that day. It wasn't. An additional phone call resulted in similar apologies and assurances, and no result. I sent Tyler a text message, no response. It's been three months and to date they never ever provided the estimate. At this point even if I received an estimate I would NEVER use this company again. I am a construction lawyer and I know a company in trouble when I see one.
