  • I have been a member at this gym since January of 2017. I signed a contract for 4 months of personal training about a month after I got the membership. My first personal trainer was great, however after about 2 sessions he never showed up to our appointment. I switched trainers for that and he couldn't work with my schedule. So I had another Trainer who didn't show up as well. Not to mention they only want to do 30 minute sessions. I finally called the manager and complained. She did nothing. I had another appointment the next day. My trainer canceled AGAIN 30 minutes before out session when I was already there. He never reached out to reschedule. Weeks later the manager called and said he quit and put me with a new trainer. She cancelled my appointment and said she would reschedule but never did. I've wasted my money. And have cancelled my contract when my contract is over. They are stealing my money and nobody cares. I've had 3 trainers in 3 months.
