  • 1 star is much above the experience I had with them... Had my iPad mini fixed , the glass was broken. I just went to pick it up, they hand me over another iPad mini which doesn't belong to me, they realize they switch it with somone else ... and they gave mine to that other person ... Their excuse was that it was the same size and color... I'm a little speechless !!! They ask for your password when you give them something to fix but do they give a shit about the security of the items we pay them to fix?!? Their name should be: Ubreakifx-andgivetoanothercustomer
