  • So disappointed. Orders a cake and changes were said in the email they could be made up to 24 hours before delivery. 72 hours we called to cancel the delivery bc a 4 hour window was too large. But they tried to deliver it anyways. Then called and ruined the surprise and I wrote it is a Surprise in the delivery notes! When we went to pick it up they said it wasn't there but it was in the counter and they tried to deliver it 7 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Then they weren't going to reverse the delivery charges that were already supposed to be reversed. Horrible customer service.
