This place has good pho (by Madison standards) and delicious chicken wings. The pho is a bit pricey at $11 but the flavor of the broth is good and they don't scrimp as much on the meat like other pho restaurants in Madison.
A friend ordered the drunken noodles dish and it wasn't until it was served that we recalled that we had ordered this same dish once before, years ago, and it hasn't changed for the better. Like other reviews have mentioned, it's supposed to be a stir fry dish and is a soup instead.
Service is slow and doesn't come out in a particular order.
Downgrading 1 star (4 to 3) because the customer service is not good. I have been back several times and it has not improved. Our waiters are usually nice but the owner is not. Restaurant 101: be kind to your customers. They don't have to eat at your restaurant.
