rev:text	I used to love this place, but our experience today totally turned us off. Our family went, seated ourselves, as is the norm here, and waited. The waitress ignored us. Another family came in after us, was greeted, given menus and cutlery while we continued to wait. She walked right past us as she went to the other table with nary a glance. The manager was apologetic, but we left without ordering. We won't be going back.
