| - Have your small children cut your hair instead; they'll do a better job. My straight, long hair (not even bangs or layers) just needed to be shorter, yet it literally looks like I just put it all in a ponytail & chewed through with safety scissors. And don't expect the hair wash to actually be with shampoo & conditioner on all of your head, seems here they just wash the top half & wait to see if you say anything (and then wait longer until they can't ignore your third "should I lift up my head?!"). Anzhela: She is rude beyond words, stingy, and careless. Maybe she could've given me a decent haircut, but she didn't want to. My hair is pin straight, but rather than sparing a dime-sized dollop of smoothing product for the top, she tried to flatiron my fine hair, which could not possibly be flatter, and is never heat-styled. She argued when I politely asked about it; I've never had a flatiron near my head because it's like trying to iron an ironing board.
I'm sure this place is ok for short-haired guys & kids, but I was a NEW client and she wouldn't even listen to me. Now ponytails & buns are impossible in the hot weather because of the hanging chunks. Not even worth the $25.
